A large lifestyle retail and distribution organization is seeking to recruit the following professionals in order to upscale and enhance the HR function.

Job Description

Reporting to the Group HR Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for the complete cycle of training, beginning with a needs analysis and assisting with a post training performance management program. He/she will thus set the training strategy, create budgets, control costs, create a training calendar, outsource training as and when required and actually deliver training along with a team of junior trainers. In addition, he/ she will thus be a catalyst in developing internal efficiencies.

We seek strong HR professionals young, vibrant and excellent communicators who have specialized in the area of learning and development. About 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably in the retail industry or any other service industry would be ideal.
