Reporting to the Group HR Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for the complete cycle of training, beginning with a needs analysis and assisting with a post training performance management program. He/she will thus set the training strategy, create budgets, control costs, create a training calendar, outsource training as and when required and actually deliver training along with a team of junior trainers. In addition, he/ she will thus be a catalyst in developing internal efficiencies. We seek strong HR professionals young, vibrant and excellent communicators who have specialized in the area of learning and development. About 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably in the retail industry or any other service industry would be ideal.
