A large lifestyle retail and distribution organization is seeking to recruit the following professionals in order to upscale and enhance the HR function.

Job Description

Reporting to the Groupn Manager -HR, the selected person will primarily assist in the implementation of policies and procedures, resourcing, performance management as well as assisting in all new HR initiatives such as the implementation of a new HRMS system. In addition, the person will address all staff grievances and manage several welfare activities.

This appointment demands well defined human resources capabilities coupled with an education in human resources development and about 5 years of experience in the HR function. A commitment to meet the challenges of a large commercial infrastructure is desired.
