Our client ,a large retail organization is on a phase of growth and expansion of hypermarkets in Saudi Arabia. In keeping with their plans , they wish to appoint a senior management professional who would fulfill the following responsibilities:

Job Description

This pivotal role reports to the CEO and will incorporate business planning, operations and corporate strategy in line with the organization’s objectives and goals.The person will be responsible to develop a strategic plan to promote profitability and growth, implement strategies for revenue generation and define an effective set of performance measures that will focus on strategy and business. In addition to this , he will:

• Market entry strategy development.
• Ensure commercial due diligence
• Prepare budgets for different projects and implement growth and diversification plans.

Candiate Profile:
A senior management professional with an MBA in Marketing/Finance with a strong business/ commercial focus who can drive the business through effective planning and business strategy. Preferably a person from the retail industry with at least fifteen years of demonstrable  experience.
