Job Description

Applicants must be University Graduate with about 5 to 7 years of experience of Sales in FMCG or HOSPITALITY industry. He/She must possess a pleasing personality and excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and negotiating skills. Not older than 30 years, the candidate must be hands on with MS Office applications.

 The key Responsibilities would be:

• Develop new business opportunities with individual accounts within the Territory.

• Manage the development of specific Key Accounts within the Territory

• To achieve the profitability, market share and customer satisfaction with individual accounts within the Territory

• Work towards company brand building and also help to maintain the equity of each individual brand.

• Participate in negotiating & drive the execution of all customer driven activities within the territory.

• Ensure that all accounts in the territory are compliant with the company merchandising & presence standards.
