Job Description

 Our client wishes to appoint a Compliance Officer to fulfill the following job responsibilities

• Should verify governance of the company and employees with the law and other regulatory bodies like ESCA, DFM, RERA and Federal Law

• Compliance Risk Identification and Assessment

• Incidents Management

• Advice the management, Internal Audit Board Committees and employees with respect to any compliance

The candidate should have at least 3 years experience in a real estate or law firm with special focus on corporate compliance. He should possess a Bachelor's degree in law/ audit with specialization in UAE regulatory compliance.
