Job Description

 Our client, a Family Office is looking to hire an office manager/personal assistant. To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least 7 to 10 years of experience as an office manager and should be a native English speaker.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
  • Handling travel arrangements;
  • Producing documents, reports and presentations;
  • Arranging visas for employees;
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • Maintaining the condition of the office, general housekeeping;
  • Managing junior staff (drivers, cleaner);
  • Managing routine enquiries;
  • Maintaining stationary and equipment inventory;
  • Willing to assist other family members and company representatives as and when requested;
  • Ad-hoc duties including (but not limited to) reservations, research, event organising, and information compilation.

Candidate Profile

Our future office manager -

-               Must be living in Dubai.

-               Must have at least 7 to 10 years’ experience.

-               Must be Native English Speaker.

-               Prior experience in free zone companies is an advantage.
