Company Profile

Our client, a large real estate developer wishes to appoint a senior real estate professional who would manage their portfolio of international properties and ensure growth in sales and revenues from international customers.

Job Description

 

Key responsibilities will include preparing a strategic annual plan , analyzing and reviewing  the different markets , proposing  pricing policies and product promotion activities. The person will provide detailed sales forecasts , track competitor activities and manage key customer relationships. Other key responsibilities will be business development, managing road shows and managing a network of channel partners, overseeing the marketing plans and launches of new projects and developments.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have an MBA/management /marketing qualification and at least ten years work experience of which he /she should have a minimum of six years experience in real estate sales in the UAE. The person should have a good network of clients and good leadership skills.
