Company Profile

Our client , a large multinational healthcare provider of ergonomic tools for the healthcare workplace wish to appoint two sales professionals who would head their businesses in Dubai and KSA.

Job Description

Key responsibilities: Setting up the business, appointing distributors within the UAE/GCC and KSA, training all healthcare decision makers on ergonomic workplace and clinical solutions, complete project activity and specification tracker reports, maintain complete customer profiles, make oral and written presentations , liaise and communicate with personnel to exceed sales goals , participate in management and strategy meetings when required, co-ordinate and execute regional marketing programs as required.

Candidate Profile

Candidate profiles: The UAE based candidate will cover UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait and the candidate who is based in Riyadh will cover the entire KSA market. Both candidates should have a minimum of five years sales experience in the healthcare industry and a track record of planning, execution and networking. Candidates should have negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to travel. Candidates from healthcare/ IT sector of healthcare sales channels will be preferred. Product training in the overseas headquarters will be provided to the selected candidates. The job will also involve frequent participation and attendance at international conferences for which world wide travel will be on the charts. These positions require proactive and energetic healthcare sales professionals who are interested in accelerating their careers with a professionally managed multinational .
