Our client a highly reputed fmcg distributor wishes to appoint an experienced resource who would provide leadership and support in implementing the sales and business strategy for their fmcg business in the UAE.

Job Description

He will lead the sales and marketing function, ensure that sales and distribution targets are met and provide  direction, mentoring and support to the team. He will also  manage all channel partners and key accounts and provide regular reports and feedback to the management.


The Head of Sales will  be responsible for the marketing, advertising and promotions and will keep abreast of market developments and competitor activities.  He will adopt a modern inclusive and engaging leadership style and create a cohesive culture where employees understand the business goals.

Candidate Profile

To fulfil such a role, the candidate should have at least ten years work experience within the UAE in a leadership role with a reputed fmcg company . He should have a demonstrable track record of achievements and a solid network of contacts in the industry.
