  Finance & Accounts:

  Finalization of Accounts (Year End Adjustments,  Reconciliations,  Classifications etc.) 
  Working Capital & Cash Flow Management

  Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements as per applicable Laws & Accounting     

  MIS (Segment Costing, Cost vis-a-vis Benefit Analysis, Ageing etc.)
  Monthly Closing and Management Reporting
  Initiate, implement and streamline Internal Control Systems
  AR & AP Management (Follow up, Reconciliations, Ageing, Monitoring etc.)
  Payroll Processing and Full & Final Settlements
  Imports (Costing and Recording)
  Fixed Assets (Recording, Classification and control)
  Preparation of Cash Flows and Fund Flows
  Valuation of Companies (Fair Value, DCF, Book Value, P/E Multiple, etc.)
  Analytical Reviews
   Credit proposals (project reports, CMA Data, projected financial statements, Credit Appraisals,

  feasibility reports for plant expansion)
  Liaison with Banks & Financial Institutions
  Cost and Management Accounting
  Budget Development and Management
  Analyzing & Reporting variances (Budget vs. Actual) and initiating action plans
  Establishing and maintaining Inventory controls (ABC, FSN, EOQ, Optimum Levels, Carrying   

  Cost etc.)
  Marginal Contribution Analysis (Addition or Deletion of Product)

  Statutory, Internal &  Audit
  Ensuring sufficiency and effectiveness of controls


Candidate Profile

Candidate Qualifications & Experience Requirement: Chartered Accountant, 10 years post qualification work experience of which atleast 3 years must be in the UAE with a manufacturing company. Jebel Ali experience an advantage. Good communication skills in English language. Professional attributes and committed to take on this senior role with a long term view. Age below 35 years.
