Company Profile

Our client, a large business group with a substantial portfolio of commercial and residential buildings, wishes to appoint a facilities professional who would provide in-house building services and develop operational guidelines to ensure effective functioning of processes and workflow within the Facilities department.

Job Description



Key responsibilities include developing an annual operating budget, ensuring that the maintenance and service of properties is carried out efficiently, managing all external vendors for  MEP, facility management, cleaning, security and other services, ensuring that tenant complaints and helpdesk complaints are resolved in a timely manner, developing  and maintaining administrative procedures for contracts, purchase , inventory control, collaboration with the property department to ensure proper handover and takeover of new/renovation buildings.





Candidate Profile

Candidates should have a degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and at least ten years’ facility management experience. The person must be conversant with preventive/ breakdown maintenance procedures and have a good track record of work experience within a facilities department/company.
