Job Description

The role & responsibility would involve establishing and lead execution of Company Human Resources Strategy. To create long term strategic plan for the unit as well as assist the division heads to develop their plans in line with the Company strategic direction.To develop initiatives to ensure effective implementation of the strategic direction and utilization of KPI’s. To take care of recruitment, retention and motivation, conduct performance management reviews, identify the training requirements of the employees, Omanisation implementation, ensure consistency,  regularity and  effectiveness  of  communication, support communication between various teams, ensure consistent performance from operational heads, review  existing  organization  structure  and  make  necessary changes and to develop, measure & review KPI.’S


Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be Graduate in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, professional HR qualifications and additional professional development and advantage. CIPD (UK) and specific qualifications such as GPHR for psychometric assessment preferred. He should have Minimum 5 years of HR Management Experience, International/Gulf (optional). The position Senior Human would report into Head HR & Corporate Affairs and it would have 3 direct reports.
