Job Description

A strategic opportunity with a Facilities Management Company in Dubai. This is a P&L role, calling for techno commercial, business acumen and Operations expertise.


The Role:


Develop and direct business strategy, plan and execution.

Establishing KPIs and performance management techniques

Prepare market evaluations, look ahead plans. Responsible for operations of existing portfolio. Drive the business development initiatives for potential projects.

Project management and supervision by directing and planning essential central services

Tender and costing for new projects.

Technical review, evaluation and financials for such projects

Planning best allocation and utilization of resources

Identify deviations, prepare realistic action plans, and meet SLA, TPM concepts.

Responsible for contract renewals for existing Clients.

Provide leadership, technical resource to Operations and Maintenance team.




Candidate Profile

An Engineering Degree and UAE work experience with reputable Facilities Management Company in UAE with proven track record. Minimum 15 years senior management level responsibility. Expertise in developing Policy and Procedures. Strong techno-commercial background. Leadership, demonstrate exceptional skills in supervising and motivating team.
