Job Description

Key responsibilities include managing the FM assurance services , managing the service providers, ensuring achievement of quality , standards and contract responsibilities, reviewing and approving  budgets and resource plans for effective controls, overseeing the maintenance and operations, custodial and campus admin. Services, managing external areas and horticulture, managing direct reports, maintaining compliance with laws, regulations and standards applicable to all provided activities, service provider performance, contract management, asset management, premises management and delivering service quality.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering/architecture/civil engineering/business and at least ten years’ experience in Facilities management, outsourcing, design and planning, physical plant management. The person should be able to lead and project a strong, positive image of facilities services with campus authorities and community. He should be able to collaborate and negotiate with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse University environment
