Our client is a leading retail interior fitout company that caters to top notch multinational and local brands. They are expanding quickly and require a Project Manager – MEP who can add significant value to their organization

Job Description

The Project Manager – MEP will be in charge of total MEP estimation. The candidate will be in charge of MEP maintenance works including managing electrical, plumbing, HVAC team including drafting documentation for approval from various government authorities. The project manager will also be responsible for  planning manpower allocation, sub contractor finalizing, material purchase and negotiating with suppliers and coordination with clients and other departments to collect NOC’s for various approvals. The project manager MEP will have to monitor work executive on site including the work of subcontractors and maintain applicable quality standards at all times.

He/she will also have to prepare monthly reports such as site safety reports, detail progress reports and cost reports for management.

Candidate Profile

The candidate should have around 5 years of joinery/interior fit out experience in UAE in a similar position. He/she should also have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and should have a UAE driving license.

The candidate should possess exhaustive knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Ventilation, Plumbing, Drainage, Extract System, Fire Separation System. He/she should have full knowledge of UAE standards & regulations.

He/she should have excellent communication and coordination skills.
