Job Description

The client is looking for a GM-Rostering having 10-15 years of experience in managing the leaves of Crew members. The GM-Rostering will optimize the utilization of cockpit and cabin crew rostering in the most efficient manner while considering the regulation and contractual aspects. The GM-Rostering will ensure that the roster is available well in time to the crew members. He/She will co-ordinate with the training department analyze audit reports and monitor adherence of roster on a daily basis. His/her core responsibilities will be controlling of HOTAC, overtime, equalization of flights, night halts and flying hours, implementation of SMS to Crew members and Auto Roster generation.

Candidate Profile

The eligible candidate should be Tech Savvy with good working knowledge of excel, power point etc. Communication and negotiation skills are a must. Functional competencies such as in depth knowledge of CAR and Crew FDTL, working knowledge and experience in ARMS, ability to introduce automation in rostering process and Project Management & Report writing skills are mandatory.
