Our client wishes to appoint a Bids  Manager who would organize and co-ordinate bid production, write and gather content and collate material into compelling proposals that would help business development and sales

Job Description

Key responsibilities include writing effective responses for both global and individual bids, engaging in strategy meetings at the start of the bid process, proofread the responses and ensure the content is well crafted and professionally laid out, ensure that all bid documents are ready for submission within agreed timelines, prepare key reports for senior management, perform analysis of data as requested by stakeholders and provide business intelligence. In addition, it is mandatory to carry out research and keep alert on possible business opportunities, send alerts on tenders released, industry trends and ensure compliance to ISO certifications.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a graduate with minimum twelve years’ experience in writing formal commercial bids/ contracts. The person should have excellent writing and communication skills in English as the person will  interact frequently with clients and senior decision makers.
