Job Description

The responsibilities will include implementing and evolving the strategic 3 years rolling plan for Human Resources and Corporate Affairs providing solutions, policies and practices that improves the overall performance of the company, identifying and implementing the optimum resources required to consistently deliver results, assisting the group companies in Oman with corporate engagement activities, developing an effective structure, processes and operational frameworks, managing end to end recruitment and retention, conducting performance management reviews, identifying training requirements, ensuring adequate levels of Omanisation with clear development plans

Candidate Profile

The suitable candidate should be a graduate in Human Resource Management or Business Administration. Candidates with CIPD (UK) and specific qualifications such as GPHR for psychometric assessment preferred. He should have a minimum of 5 years’ HR Management experience in an FMCG or large distribution set up either in India or in the GCC and is willing to relocate to Oman. Candidates from India from good B schools would be preferred.
