Job Description

Identify, develop and implement the strategic goals and objectives of the company and fulfill its governance function. Provide direction and leadership towards the achievement of the organization's mission and strategy. Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Over all in charge of  Board Support , Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Management of the Management Team, Operations Management, Safety Management., Security Management, Maintenance Accountable Management, Community and Public Relations and Business Development / Expansion

Candidate Profile

Must be College or University Graduate; Technical Training Certificates / licenses; Management Trainings with minimum 10 years working experience in a managerial level within the aviation industry. Must have strong proficiency in MS Office package such as Word and Excel, PowerPoint Presentation; e-mail and internet. Lastly, technically skilled in Business valuation and acquisition; Feasibility Studies preparation; Business Plan Presentations; Basic Accounting, Data research and interpretation.
