Job Description

They are seeking a competent individual to manage the commercial elements of the division from Bidding, negotiations, final handover, budget formulation & control, ensuring profit levels. The selected candidate will handle Project Costing, Contractual Issues, variations, valuations and claim management and will function as the key point of contact for the firm’s partner relations, management team and the business partners. Additionally, will assume full responsibility for implementation of strategic account development plan in terms of the range of services the firm provides. 

Candidate Profile

This position requires a degree in Business Management / Finance with Quantity Surveying. Ability to absorb complex techno-commercial information and communicate effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences is very essential. Minimum of 10 years’ experience with strong background in quantity surveying with demonstrable commercial technical knowledge and experience in Public Sector contracts, proven ability to successfully negotiate on high “value at stake” issues, dispute resolution process experience, strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness, excellent interpersonal awareness and influencing skills and a target/profit driven attitude with a focus on delivering results. Clear understanding of key issues in outsourcing / FM market, In-depth experience in managing service providers, customers and property related services ensuring all quotes and bidding information are responded to within the stipulated time are some of the competencies required to be effective in this role.
