Our client is a leading FMCG company in the region. They are seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Manager to prepare and execute a modern trade/traditional trade marketing strategy for their brands to maximize sales, market share and profit for the brands.

Job Description

The scope of work includes coordinating with marketing, sales and distributors to ensure targets are met, preparing merchandising guidelines and standards for different types of accounts, assist in developing innovative POS and other display material for premium brands, develop a comprehensive key account management system, conduct detailed analysis of retail audits every 2 months, visit all countries regularly and build relationships with key customers and regional accounts, ensure plan o grams are being executed, plan cost effective promotions for all trade channels with intent of maximizing return.

Candidate Profile


The ideal candidate should have an intricate understanding of modern trade across the region and should have at least 3-5 years of experience in a trade marketing with role with some experience in MNCs with a professional trade marketing setup. The candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills and should be a team player. Arabic speakers will be preferred.
