Job Description

The candidate is responsible to design, manage and coordinate all marketing / promotional activities through monthly activity calendars to deliver market share & overall business objectives (Topline & Brand P&L). Integrate ATL & BTL plans for execution. Communication Development (TVCs / Other creative output) to deliver the brand and business goals. Develop Media Plans spanning across different mediums: TV, Print, Radio, out of home, Digital, Social Media. Design of POS & merchandising elements. Product / brand launch / re-launch / renovation. Annual budget planning, tracking & deployment

Candidate Profile

Should be an MBA post graduate. Must have a good understanding of marketing operations processes. Good understanding of market / category / consumer trends. Managed New product development and new packaging.
