Job Description

The Candidate will be responsible for various works and would manage site activities through inspection and liaison. This role demands full responsibility and authority for the management and performance of facilities management services. Prepare soft services proposals/ quotations as and when required. Should interact with clients to understand their requirements. The role will cover Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste management, Landscaping and any other non-technical activities delivered as part of the service offering. Supervise the daily activities of the team. Ensure optimal use of manpower and resources including sub-contractors and their staff. Should manage new and existing clients. Provide progress reports on allocated work orders as required. Ensure compliance with company’s Health & Safety Policy and procedures. Ensure that site equipment is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and any issued method statements and risk assessments. Ensure that all staff are aware that adherence to our Health and Safety policies and practices are essential to this role and are a condition of employment.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in facilities management or any discipline.  Should have experience mainly in (cleaning) soft services. Experience of safe working practices, risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work systems and water management.
