Job Description

The HR Director willbe responsible for managing and setting up the human capital function including the HR Strategy to align different nationalities with different culture’s towards company’s objectives. Building the necessary policies and procedures, on-boarding, systems and most prominently creating a values based corporate culture in alignment with thecompany’s mission, vision,and strategy. Demonstrated experience in people strategies, change management, performance management, management coaching/development, organizational design/development and employee relations and employment law. Strong compensation management skills. Create & drive thecorporate HR strategy to yield desired results enabling organization to becomean employer of choice. Influence & work in close collaboration with the Business HR teams to drive the HR processes & outcomes. 

Candidate Profile

We are on the lookout for a visionary leader who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day tactics as well as the hospital’s needs and goals with those of Healthcare Industry at large.

The ideal candidate must have a valid Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business/IR/Psychology or relatedfield required. Master's Degree preferred. Preferred Certifications include:CIPD Certified/SHPR or GPHR. 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least five ofthose years performing in a senior management role in the UAE Healthcare Industry required. Familiar and hands on experience with the policies & procedures, Licensing standards and procedures of JCI Accreditation and Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Fluency in Arabic preferred (However, not mandatory).
