Job Description

The selected candidate for this role will be hired at an Assistant Manager level and report to a senior HR business Partner. The role holder will be responsible for end to end recruitment related activities from job advertisement drafting to interviewing, selection and induction of employees for the Automobile business division. This would involve participating in planning activities regarding new methods of attracting candidates for the various vacancies within the assigned division. Additionally, it would involve reporting and analyzing measurement data, such as cost per hire and applicant flow data, to enhance the business decision-making which will impact staffing and continuous process improvement .

Candidate Profile

Applicants should ideally be graduates in Human Resource Management with preferably certification in Psychometric testing.  The role demands experience level of 8- 10 within recruitment of which some years have been within the automobile sector. Good communication skills (written & verbal) with candidates, strong interpersonal skills, high degree of maturity are critical for success in this role. email to
