Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for Insurance Software Product Sales in Africa Region. This would entail conducting product demos, Road Shows, Sales Events in Africa region. Reporting to Regional Head – Sales, the role holder will build and execute sales plans for the software & Maintain Partners / Alliances for solution sales & implementation. The KRA will be to build, maintain and nurture relationships with key personnel (including CXO level) at Client / Prospective clients. 

Candidate Profile

Applicants should ideally be B.E/B. S/MCA with 6- 10 years overall in the field of Insurance Solutions sales in which at least 3 years’ experience in Africa Region. Thorough knowledge of Insurance Industry and Application Software product sales and experience in preparing and responding to RFPs and RFIs. Expertise in conducting roadshows / events in various countries. Implementation experience of any insurance system & technical experience on ORACLE based systems is desirable. Needless to add, good Communication & interpersonal skills coupled with presentation (MS office tools) and negotiation skills would be critical for success in this role.
