She will be involved in supporting business development by identifying opportunities and key decision makers in companies and trying to set up meetings with senior management of Lobo Management Services. Sales-driven and highly organized, she will feel part and parcel of the Lobo Management Services family.

Job Description

  • Understanding job requirements, company culture and identifying target companies. Complete mapping of relevant candidates based on the target companies agreed utilizing headhunting, online research, job portals, job advertisements, cold calling.
  • Assessing and qualifying candidates based on past experiences, cultural fit, motivations, expectations and personal circumstances
  • Writing Executive Summaries/Consultant Notes and Preparing Candidate reports based on LMS’s confidential candidate report format.
  • Shortlisting candidates and recommending candidates.
  • Supporting negotiations and initial onboarding to ensure successful placement.


Candidate Profile

  • MBA/ Masters Level of Education from a reputable educational
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in recruitment across sectors including consumers goods, life sciences, construction, retail, real estate, engineering, healthcare
  • Prior experience with sector-mapping and headhunting candidates
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization, research and reporting skills
  • Require a candidate who can prioritize, multitask, has a high level of urgency and committed to meeting goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and be resourceful
