The Head of B2B will be responsible for growing the brand through improved sales performance, regular staff training, management of KPI's and design and implementation of marketing campgains and ensure a strong sales process and marketing strategy is implemented with the goal of making the company a market leader in its category. 

Candidate Profile

  • The succesfull candidate will have a proven record in sales, marketing and multi-site management within the service industry. 
  • Should possess strong knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
  • Health club sales and marketing experience will be an advantage. 
  • Ability to work well in team
  • Strong communication skills
