Lobo Management is seeking a Business Development Manager to support business development activities of the firm and to sell its services including executive search and other HR related services. This candidate should be strategic as well as hands on.

Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible

  • Leading the business development strategy and leading execution of the strategy
  • Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads and acquiring new accounts.
  • Reaching out to new leads (C-Level Executives / HR Directors / Talent Acquisition Managers) through various means including email, phone, face to face and events.
  • Making presentations or pitches that highlight Lobo’s key strengths
  • Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the services as per their needs
  • Maintaining strong relationships with all potential clients
  • Lead in negotiation of contracts
  • Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence

Competencies and Skills Required

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to learn quickly about different industries and job functions
  • Demonstrated success in building new accounts
  • Ability to work with technology - CRM, email marketing, Excel, Word, PPT
  • Preference for candidates with strong relationships with C-Level Executives across industries.
